A delicate and natural deodorant born from the needs of our customers. The skin that is under the prosthetic socket for many hours a day, is exposed to abrasions, chafing and is irritated by accumulated sweat, requires special care. We want to give your hands (and legs too) a jar full of nutritious ingredients and a beautiful scent to take care of both your body and senses.
Ingredients
The inconspicuous packaging hides the nourishing power of the butters and oils contained in it, as well as the power of absorbing sweat thanks to finely ground soda and diatomaceous earth.
- Shea butter is a paste obtained from the Shea fruit. It is an excellent base for natural cosmetics. It moisturizes well, soothes and makes the skin elastic.
- Baking Soda is a commonly known product both in the kitchen and in the household. We used it because of its amazing ability to absorb odors and moisture.
- Jojba oil is widely known in the cosmetics industry. “Liquid gold”. It absorbs wonderfully and thanks to its regenerating properties it strengthens and nourishes. He is a specialist in the care of problem skin, especially dry and irritated skin.
- Castor oil, when applied to the skin, brings relief. We especially recommend it to sensitive and atopic skin. If you apply deodorant with your fingers, it is a good idea to rub the remaining deodorant into your nails and then wash your hand with warm water.
- Cocoa butter is a vegetable fat derived from cocoa beans. In addition to being an ingredient of chocolate, it is also used in cosmetics. It has regenerating and moisturizing properties and improves skin firmness.
- Diatomaceous earth, or Diatomite, is a mineral sedimentary rock formed from the shells of diatoms. It has a number of different applications. In PRO-DEO it was used as a sweat absorber due to its strong absorbing properties.
Scent
Imagine that your skin smells like citrus fruits warmed by the sun… Very refreshing, right? Now imagine that when you take off your dentures in the evening, instead of the unpleasant smell, there is a delicate, soothing scent of clementine. This essential oil has relaxing properties, has a positive effect on our well-being, soothes the mood and has a pleasant calming effect. Meanwhile, every morning, when you open a jar of PRO-DEO, you treat yourself to a little aromatherapy, which at this time of year especially nicely fuels the anticipation of the holiday season, because after all, the clementine, the cousin of the mandarin, now has its 5 minutes.
Eco packaging
Our deo was packed in elegant jars made of amber glass, which protects the cosmetic from light. The jar is also recyclable, of course. To apply the cosmetic, you can simply use your fingers, a wooden spatula or a spoon. We secured the lid with a special sticker, so you know that no one has opened the jar before you. Additionally, we produce PRO-DEO in small batches to maximize freshness.
What do you need to know?
PRO-DEO is a deodorant, we must emphasize this. It absorbs excess sweat and smells beautiful, but it does not block the skin glands and does not inhibit sweat secretion, as antiperspirants do. If you sweat lightly or moderately and the scent is simply the natural smell of sweat, then our cosmetic is definitely for you! However, if your skin sweats excessively or the sweat has a strong odor, a deodorant may not be the best solution for you. Nevertheless, it will help slightly alleviate the unpleasant symptoms.
Application
PRO-DEO has a simple and natural composition. This is an advantage for people with sensitive skin, although you can never be too careful. Before using deo for the first time, we recommend performing an allergy test. A day before, apply a little of the cosmetic to a small part of the skin and observe. If redness or itching occurs in this area, be careful. Perhaps some of the ingredients make you allergic. If the test is successful, you can start your adventure. Remember to use a minimum amount of the cosmetic and give it a moment to fully absorb before putting on your dentures. Although our deo is absorbed very quickly, too much will make the skin slippery and the denture may fall off. Store the jar closed in a dark and rather cool place, away from children. We also recommend using the cosmetic within a maximum of six months after opening.
