Tolka GO - Lower leg prosthesis

Tolka Go Below-Knee Prosthesis is a modern transtibial prosthesis designed to provide maximum comfort, precise fit, and high functionality in everyday use. Its manufacturing process is based entirely on digital measurements, allowing for full customization of the solution and ensuring consistent, high-quality results at every stage of production.
The prosthesis consists of a custom-fitted prosthetic socket, a silicone liner, and a properly selected prosthetic foot. The socket is manufactured using 3D printing technology based on a precise 3D scan of the residual limb, which ensures optimal fit, even pressure distribution, and a high level of wearing comfort. The system is complemented by a silicone liner, also individually designed using 3D scanning, which protects soft tissues, improves suspension, and enhances walking comfort. The prosthetic foot is selected according to the patient’s preferences, activity level, and degree of mobility, enabling a natural gait pattern and stability in various conditions.
The entire measurement process is carried out contactlessly using 3D scanning and the proprietary Orthoscan application. This approach ensures a precise and comfortable prosthesis fitting process for the patient, while the final result fully meets individual needs and expectations.

Who is the below-knee prosthesis for?
The below-knee prosthesis is designed for individuals who have undergone lower-limb amputation at the below-knee level or have a congenital absence of this part of the limb, and who are seeking a reliable and functional solution for daily mobility. The prosthesis’s mechanical design and appropriately selected ankle joint allow for a stable and smooth gait, supporting a natural movement pattern during walking, standing, and changing direction.

The Tolka GO set includes:
An individually fitted prosthetic socket
The socket is made using 3D printing technology based on a precise 3D scan of the residual limb. This solution ensures optimal fit, even pressure distribution, and high comfort of use.
A silicone liner
The liner is individually customized and made based on a 3D scan of the residual limb. It provides soft tissue protection, improves prosthesis suspension, and enhances comfort while walking.
A prosthetic foot.
The prosthetic foot is selected individually according to the patient’s preferences, activity level, and mobility, allowing for a natural gait pattern and stability in various conditions.
Digital measurement process
All measurements are performed contactlessly using 3D scanning with our proprietary Orthoscan application. This makes the process fast, precise, and comfortable for the patient, while ensuring the final result is perfectly tailored to their needs.
